T-Shirt/Bib Pickup

Numbers, chips, shirts, and runner bags may be picked up at the Expo in the Marriott Hotel until 6:00 p.m. Number pickup resumes Saturday at 9:00 a.m.

Please note you must pick up your own bib; no one else will be able to do this on your behalf. This is a new rule and will be upheld without exception.

1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Health & Fitness Expo
The Health & Fitness Expo will again be held in the ballroom of the Marriott Napa Valley in Napa.

5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Wine & Cheese Reception
Meet faculty of the Saturday Marathon College, race officials, race volunteers, Kaiser representatives, and fellow runners at the reception in the Marriott.

T-Shirt/Bib Pickup

Numbers, chips, shirts, and runner bags may be picked up at the Expo in the Marriott until the Expo closes at 5:00 p.m. After the Expo closes, runners can still pick up their number at the registration room near the expo site until 8:00 p.m. Check for signs in the lobby and the hallway for location.

Health & Fitness Expo
The Health & Fitness Expo will again be held in the ballroom of the Marriott Napa Valley in Napa.

10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Kaiser Permanente Marathon College
The annual marathon college, this year highlighted by a 90-minute panel discussion with the race directors of six Northern California marathons. For complete marathon schedule check the website under NVM Marathon College.

Participants can board buses to the start by parking at Vintage High School on Trower (the marathon finish area). For those staying at selected hotels, buses will come by to pick up runners to take them to the start. Check on which hotels when you pick up your number.

7:00 a.m. SHARP!

START! 36th Annual Kaiser Permanente Napa Valley Marathon.

8:00 a.m.

Start of Kiwanis Club of Napa 5K Fun Run.

11:45 a.m.

First bus ride back to Calistoga.

12:30 p.m.

Awards Ceremony at Quad area for first male and female: Weight-in-Wine prize.

12:45 p.m.

Basket Drawing at Vintage High School Quad.

1:00 p.m.

Marathon course closes.

1:15 p.m.

For those staying at the Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Marriott and River Terrace Inn, buses will pick you up outside the lobby.  Hilton guests will be picked up at the Marriott.
